Metropolitan National Park - This 600-acre park has tropical forest, walking trails, and wildlife, including sloths. Ancon Hill is a 654-ft hill with views of Panama City. Bike tours are available to the lookout point. Museo de la Mola - A free museum that displays intricate mola textiles made by Indigenous Guna women. Miraflores Locks Visitor Center - Take a taxi or local bus to this center for a look down on the traffic below the Panama Canal.
