How old do I have to be to have a Travorium membership?
You must be 18 years or older to enroll in a Travorium membership.
Can I create a membership account in a business entity or someone else's name?
No, Travorium membership is personal and only for the individual who signs up. A secondary traveler, such as a spouse or significant other, may be included on the membership.
Can I use the service for friends or family?
No, the membership is exclusive to the primary member, their spouse, and non-adult siblings. The primary traveler must check in for all reservations.
How much does a Travorium membership cost?
Travorium offers three membership tiers:
- Platinum: $269.95 enrollment fee plus $135.00 per month.
- Titanium: $149.95 enrollment fee plus $75.00 per month.
- Silver: $69.95 enrollment fee plus $52.50 per month.
Can I pay for someone else's enrollment/membership?
No. For security and compliance reasons, enrollment and monthly membership fees must be paid directly by the individual enrolling, using a payment method in their own name.
Can I cancel my membership, and how do I do it?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with no long-term commitments. Cancellations must be processed through the Travorium back office platform.
What is the refund policy for a membership?
You may request a full refund within 14 days of signing up, starting from the enrollment date. To request a refund, email support@travorium.com.
What benefits do members receive with their membership?
Members gain access to Travorium's Legacy and Travorium Plus travel platforms, offering hotels, car rentals, resorts, and activities with no markup. Platinum and Titanium members earn 2 travel points per dollar spent, which can be used to reduce costs on the Getaway and World Tour platforms.
What are Travel Points?
Travel points allow active members to reduce the retail price of bookings on the Getaway and World Tour platforms by $0.50 per point. Points expire after 24 months, are not currency, have no cash value, and can only be used on these platforms. For full details, refer to the Travorium membership agreement.
Can I use Travel Points if I don't have enough for the maximum discount?
Yes, you can use partial points to reduce the cost of a booking.
Does my membership need to be active to book Getaways or World Tours?
Yes, your membership must be active at the time of booking and remain active through the reservation date. If a membership is inactive for 21 days, any bookings are canceled, and associated travel points or reservations are forfeited.
Are Travel Points transferable?
No, Travel Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted.
Can I change the name on my travel membership?
No, name changes on a membership account are not permitted.
What is the cancellation policy for World Tours?
The cancellation policy for World Tours depends on the timing:
- 90+ days before travel: Full refund of payment and travel points.
- 89–62 days before travel: Full payment refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee; half of the travel points used are debited.
- Within 61 days of travel: No refund of payment or travel points.
- Special Promotion World Tours: These are non-refundable at booking, and the standard cancellation policy does not apply.
